Welcome to Soul Centered Therapy (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and any services offered through it, including online appointment booking, course registrations, continuing education content, and informational materials.

1. Use of Website

Our website is intended for informational and educational purposes only. You must be 18 years or older to access or use any part of the website or our services.

2. Services Provided

Soul Centered Therapy provides individual and group therapy, including in-person, virtual, and home-based ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KA) sessions, and offers continuing education courses and informational content nationwide. All therapy services are limited to residents of Minnesota and Wisconsin.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, videos, and course materials — is the property of Soul Centered Therapy or its content creators and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

4. Payments and Refunds

Payments for courses and CEUs must be made in full prior to access. Refund policies will be outlined on each course page. Therapy services may be subject to insurance billing or direct payment and are governed by separate agreements.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, or federal law. You also agree not to impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota and applicable federal law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Minnesota.
