Meet Nikki Casey MA, LMFT
Specializations: Parts Work and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy.
I’m Nikki Casey (she/her), licensed marriage and family therapist and founder of Soul Centered Therapy. For me, this work isn’t just a profession — it’s a calling rooted in lifelong curiosity about healing, connection, and what it means to live authentically.
For nearly a decade, I worked and traveled throughout Southeast Asia, Africa, Europe, and the Caribbean, learning how different cultures understand suffering and resilience. Again and again, I found the same truth: healing happens in relationship — with ourselves, with each other, and with something greater.
Over the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of helping people break free from the inner barriers that keep them feeling stuck. My approach has always been integrative, drawing from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Adlerian Therapy to support lasting change.
But when I began integrating Internal Family Systems (IFS), everything shifted. I witnessed my clients access their true Self — quickly and with remarkable clarity — allowing them to heal from the inside out with only the slightest, gentlest guidance. It was as if they already held the answers; they just needed a safe space to reconnect with their innate wisdom.
When I added Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), the depth and speed of healing expanded exponentially. KAP not only facilitates breakthroughs but also creates lasting shifts in how people move through the world — with greater ease, self-compassion, and a renewed sense of purpose. Through extensive training with Polaris and an apprenticeship at the Institute for Integrative Therapies, I’ve honed my ability to use ketamine as a powerful catalyst for transformation, both for individuals and couples.
Today, my work is centered on helping people unlock the healing potential that already exists within them. I don’t see myself as the expert with all the answers, but as a fellow traveler — walking beside others with compassion, curiosity, and care.
And when I’m not holding space for others, you might find me dancing with fireflies, sitting by a campfire, or gazing at the stars with my husband and three daughters.
