Our Commitment To Client Safety
At Soul Centered Therapy, we place client safety, autonomy, and therapeutic integrity at the core of everything we do. Whether you're engaging in traditional talk therapy or Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), our goal is to create a safe, supportive space that honors your inner wisdom and facilitates authentic healing.
How We Support Safety and Wellbeing
Client-Led Healing
We practice Soul Centered Therapy, a modality that honors your internal guidance system. You are the expert on your life — our role is to walk beside you, supporting your integration of inner truth with everyday life.A Strong Therapeutic Alliance
We believe the relationship between therapist and client is central to effective care. A strong therapeutic alliance creates emotional safety, trust, and attunement — especially in deeper work such as trauma healing and altered-state therapies. Our licensed therapists are trained to build and maintain this alliance with presence, respect, and compassion, so you can explore safely and feel deeply supported throughout your journey.Ethical & Transparent Practice
We believe informed consent is a continuous process — not just a form. Clients are given space to ask questions, decline treatment at any time, and receive clear information about confidentiality, mandated reporting, and therapeutic limits.Collaboration with Prescribers: For clients participating in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), we collaborate closely with prescribers who conduct a full medical screening and determine eligibility. Our therapists provide preparation, support during sessions, and integration — always in accordance with the prescriber’s guidance and clinical protocols.
Pre-Dosing Safety Measures: Clients are instructed to check blood pressure before dosing and are required to arrange transportation to ensure safe travel post-session. KAP sessions only take place when all safety protocols have been confirmed and followed.
Integrated Support
KAP at Soul Centered Therapy is a three-part process: preparation, dosing, and integration. Clients are encouraged to schedule at least one integration session within 1–5 days after a dosing session to support long-term therapeutic outcomes.Ongoing Therapist Support & Supervision
Our therapists receive ongoing consultation and clinical supervision to uphold the highest standards of care, especially when facilitating complex or altered-state therapies.Respectful, Inclusive Care: We meet each client as a whole person — honoring their lived experience, background, and beliefs. Wellbeing, to us, means helping clients return to wholeness.
